The Communications Committee is responsible for WAFP publications, both external and internal, and oversees Academy-wide communication efforts to ensure that key messages about the availability, quality, and value of WAFP programs and services are delivered to members. The Committee also monitors the external health care environment and creates both proactive and reactive statements to inform the public about Family Medicine and the Washington health care system.
