Adopted Substitute Resolution
RESOLVED, that all resolutions brought for consideration by the House of Delegates should include the following elements:
a) Explanation of how the resolution will promote or expand current or future priorities of the WAFP and its staff
b) Agree to assist the Commission or Task Force to work on the proposed task
c) If the resolution requires more than nominal financial expenditure, that the resolution should include a fiscal note
