RESOLVED, that the WAFP write a letter to the Washington State Department of Health and local health departments to partner with the WAFP to take actions that will decrease the consumption of sugar-added, high calorie sodas, sports drinks and juice drinks in our state, and be it further
RESOLVED, that the WAFP partner with the Washington State Hospital Association to advocate for eliminating the sale of sugar-added, high calorie sodas, sports drinks and juice drinks from vending machines and cafeterias in Washington State healthcare facilities.
