WAFP Board Attendance

WHEREAS, the voting members of the WAFP Board of Directors are required to attend a Board meeting the night preceding the House of Delegates meeting, and a meeting the morning after the HOD meeting, and

WHEREAS, this schedule requires that Board members stay at the conference hotel two nights, and

WHEREAS, Board members generously volunteer their time and work for the WAFP, now, therefore, be it

RESOLVED, that budget-permitting, the WAFP reimburse the costs to WAFP voting Board of Directors members for one night’s lodging if they attend one Board meeting, and 2 nights’ lodging if they attend 2 Board meetings during the WAFP House of Delegates.
