How do I report my American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) Self Assessment Modules (SAMs)?If at the WAFP event you completed the knowledge assessment portion of a SAM, you will first need to go online to the ABFM website to complete the online Clinical Simulation portion of the module (this portion must be completed within 12 months of when you started the module).
When you complete the self assessment modules on the ABFM’s web site, the CME will automatically be reported to the Academy if you have given the ABFM permission to do so.
